We have an industry leading maintenance plan that includes not two but three visits!

How much does it cost?

$199/yr for 1st system, $169/yr for next system/s (Due at Maintenance Agreement start date)

What does it include?

  • 10% discount on all service calls and repairs – 5% discount on replacement
  • Priority scheduling – Move to the front of the line when you need service

Air Conditioning Systems:

Air Filter – Inspect and replace if dirty (1″ thick common-sized filter included if size if provided prior to visit)
Condenser Coil – Clean coil and inspect fins
Blower Assembly – Inspect blower assembly
Refrigerant Charge – Checked by super-heat/sub-cooling gauges
Evaporator Coil – Inspect evaporator coil
Thermostat – Calibration and operation
Condenser Motor – Inspect and oil/lubricate if necessary
Controls and Safety Devices – Inspect and test
Condensate Drain – Inspect and unclog if necessary
Relays and Contactors – Inspect and testCapacitors – Inspect and Test
Fan Blade – Inspect
Disconnect and wiring Inspect and tighten connections, check voltage with gauges
Belts and pulleys – Inspect and adjust if necessary
Coil Air Temperatures – Measure Air Temperatures Across Evaporator Coil
Defrost Timer – (Heat Pumps) Inspect
Reversing Valve – (Heat Pumps) Inspect Operation

Heating Systems:

Air Filter – Inspect and replace if dirty
Gas Burners – Inspect and clean
Pilot Assembly – Clean and adjust if necessary
Thermocouple – Inspect
Flame Sensor – Inspect and clean
Blower Assembly – Inspect blower assembly
Heat Exchanger – Inspect for cracks and deterioration
Condensate Drain – Inspect and unclog if necessary
Flue Pipe – Inspect
Motor – Inspect and oil/lubricate if necessary
Fan Switch – Inspect and adjust if necessary
Controls and Safety Devices – Inspect and test
Combustion Air – Inspect openings to mechanical equipment room
Panels – Inspect and secure
Thermostat – Calibration and operation
Gas Line and Gas Valves – Inspect
Auxiliary Heat Strips (Heat Pumps) – Inspect
